Costume design is my joy and passion. Using existing costume stock, thrift store and tag sale acquisitions and repurposing them to create new and thoughtful garments fuel my creative spirit and help me make a story come to life.
My devotion to reimagined costuming is not only cost-effective but also taps into greater creativity. Using what you already have can be surprisingly inspiring since boundless budget money doesn’t necessarily equal successful or imaginative design.
As Wardrobe Supervisor my singular mission is to assure that the garments a designer hands off into my care look exactly as they did on opening night thru to the closing performance. My charge is to support and serve each actor, ensuring that every costume and costume change enhance their artistry, always remembering how transformative costumes can be to an actor’s performance.

**Footwear note - My Mother vetoed my choice of sparkly sandals. I’m pretty sure Cleopatra never wore mary-janes.
